Using The Website

How do I navigate through the selections on your website?

You may use the menu located on the left-hand side of each page to navigate through the site. There are also links at the top and bottom of every page that you may click on to return "Home" (to the main page). Please bear in mind that our website has undergone serious construction.


I added one of your pages to my favorites / bookmarked one of your pages, but it's not coming up. What happened?

We have very recently upgraded our entire website. This means, we have rewritten, condensed, eliminated and revised most/all of the pages and links on our site. For instance, if you bookmarked our Shoe Hardware page and have recently tried to access it, you may receive an error message stating "This Page Cannot Be Displayed". This is because we have eliminated that page and the link is no longer vaild. Please update your bookmarks/favorites so you do not encounter this error again.

I've clicked on a link on one of your pages and I keep getting an error message that says, "This Page Cannot Be Displayed". What does this mean?

In the process of upgrading our website and adding and rearranging links to pages, some links might not function properly. You may encounter what we call "dead links". If you find a dead link on one of our pages, please report it to us. Click here to contact the webmaster and report the error. Please tell us which page the link was on as well as the title of the link (i.e. Image Gallery link on the Promotional Products page). Thank you for your help and patience during this transition.

I've clicked on a link on one of your pages but nothing is happening.

You must have pop-ups enabled in order to properly view some of the links on this site. When clicking a link, notice if there is a yellow bar just underneath the address bar in your internet explorer window. The yellow bar may read "Pop-Up Blocked". If you click it and and choose "Temporarily Allow Pop-Ups" or "Always Allow Pop-Ups From This Site" you should then be able to view the links properly.
